Police are investigating an incident where a 23-year-old military officer allegedly killed her 28-year-old colleague on Wednesday night.
In a report filed by Corporal Rawlings Otieno at the Githurai Kimbo Police Station, it says he received information that Elizabeth Otibine, attached to the signals department at Kahawa Barracks, fatally stabbed Richard Atimondo Mokaya at Butere house in Kahawa Wendani.
